Vevey

Vevey was Swiss tractor builder founded in 1936 in the town of Vevey, Switzerland (home of Nestle). The range of tractor was of small sized models but of (relatively) advanced designs with 5-speed gearboxes. Early tractors offered the option of a 2-stroke CLM opposed piston engine or a 4-cylinder Saurer diesel engine. After WW II the tractors offered Bud-Lanova engines. Other options were mid mounted PTOs to fit mid-mounted implements. Tractor production ended in 1962.
